SFW Partners relocated to a newly built 22,000-square-foot office in Creve Coeur to support its rapid growth and long-term strategy of remaining an independent, locally owned accounting and advisory firm. After outgrowing its Des Peres location, the firm sought a full-floor space that would improve workflow, enhance collaboration, and provide dedicated areas for training and employee development. The move follows a 113% increase in local staff since 2017 and reflects the firm’s continued rise among the St. Louis region’s largest accounting firms, driven by intentional investments in its people and culture.
The new office was brought to life through a $2.1 million interior buildout led by Grey Design Group and ISC Contracting, which executed the construction that transformed the suite into a modern, highly functional workplace. The finished space delivers the updated layout, expanded capacity, and professional environment SFW Partners needs for its next phase of growth under a 10-year lease. By helping create a headquarters designed for recruitment, training, and client service, ISC Contracting played a key role in delivering a space that supports both the firm’s daily operations and its long-term vision in a competitive and evolving accounting industry.
