St. Louis-area CPA and advisory firm SFW Partners LLC moved to a new office space in late 2025.
It came after years of growth and a recommitment to its independence as a local CPA and advisory firm. The new 22,000-square-foot space is located at 721 Emerson Road in the Creve Coeur Office Center II, a building owned by Emerson Rd. LLC in the care of tax consultant Ryan LLC. The average asking rent for the mid-county area, where the new office is located, was $32.61 per square foot as of the fourth quarter, according to real estate firm CBRE.
Since 2011, SFW Partners had an office in Des Peres at the Corporate Hill office campus, 1610 Des Peres Road, owned by Madison, Wisconsin-based SARA Investment Real Estate. SFW had expanded its space several times over the 15 years it had been there, and the space felt “choppy and didn’t have great flow,” according to Rich Waigand, managing partner at the firm. By the end of its time there, SFW had about 13,000 square feet of space.
After looking at other space in the Corporate Hill campus, leaders decided on the suite at 721 Emerson, which allowed them to take a full floor.
SFW Partners worked with Intelica brokers Joel Meyer and Dan Merlo to find the space and with Grey Design Group Inc. and ISC Contracting on the buildout.
