Project Description

Since ISC began working with Commerce Bank in the early 1990s, we have completed dozens of construction projects, ranging from replacing door hardware at its St. Louis corporate headquarters, to building a new branch location in South St. Louis County.  Our work has also included multiple ATM installations, few of which have been unique as one we completed at The Shops at Laura Hill in O’Fallon, MO.

The landscaping requirements dictated by  the City of O’Fallon and the shopping center’s owner required that we meet certain requirements. Despite these challenges, the project was completed within budget, and while meeting our 4-week construction schedule.
