Jennifer Grumich and Matt Green receive LEED accreditation

Two ISC Contracting professionals, Jennifer Grumich and Matt Green,have received the designation of LEED accredited professional.

The accreditation is awarded to individuals who demonstrate a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles, as well as the requirements, resources and processes associated with the LEED certification process for high performance building projects.

Grumich joined ISC in 2003 as assistant controller and has been a project manager at the general contracting firm since 2007. A member of commercial Real Estate Women(CREW), she received a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate from the University of Missouri at Columbia, graduating Summa Cum Laude.  She is licensed in Florida as a General Contractor.

Green, an assistant project manager for ISC, joined the firm in January 2007. A graduate of Marquette University with a degree in business economics, he also volunteers for the Ronald McDonald House Kids & Clays Event and is an assistant instructor in the Assocated General Contractors' Build-Up Program.

LEED, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is a program of the U.S. Green Building Council, a non-profit coalition of industrial, governmental and environmental groups.  The LEED Green Building Rating System was developed to define, measure and certify buildings that are environmentally responsible, economically efficient and healthy places to live and work.
