ISC is a St. Louis-based general contracting firm specializing in commercial construction. The firm was founded in 1982 by the father-son team of George and Dan Green. Long-time employee Scott Seymour, who joined the company in 1988 as project superintendent, joined the ownership team in 1993 upon George Green's retirement. ISC has today grown to be one of the Midwest's leading tenant finish contractors, with additional specialties in retail, hospitality and cultural/community construction. While the bulk of the firm's projects are in the St. Louis area, the company also completes retail assignments around the country. Known for excellent customer service and a "we'll-take-care-of-it" attitude, ISC has developed the trust of hundreds of owners, property managers, designers and subcontractors throughout the St. Louis area. Personal referrals and word-of-mouth advertising account for the bulk of the company's business, as its name has been passed among law firms, corporations, retailers, restaurants and cultural organizations, each looking for a way to build out or renovate their space with minimum hassle and maximum value.
